Jacquelyn McClure, BS, RRT, FAARC is a registered Respiratory Therapist with over thirty years experience in the Respiratory Care arena. Her breadth of experience spans from the in-hospital environment to the medical manufacturing industry, holding key management positions within government relations and reimbursement, sales, sales training and clinical marketing; to the home healthcare marketplace. She relies upon her training/performance technology and structural consulting skills to leverage relationships in the respiratory provider community and to the public and private payer sectors, better serving her clients. Previously, Jacki directed the national respiratory network and orchestrated Government Relations for The M.E.D. Group, a national association of independently owned home care companies specializing in the provision of respiratory care equipment and services. Her responsibilities in government relations included advocating with influential public reimbursement communities to represent MED members.

Before joining The MED Group, Jacki was tackling responsibilities of government relations, reimbursement services, sales training/performance improvement, medical education/ clinical marketing, sales and product development in the noninvasive gas monitoring, ventilation arenas. She has worked for such companies as Respironics, Novametrix and PPG Biomedical. Jacki's professional volunteer work leans heavily to the American Association for Home Care where she she has served on the Regulatory Committee as well as the HME/RT Council and various task forces. Board positions have been served to both the PAMS and NYMEP associations. Jacki is an active American Association of Respiratory Care (AARC) member and was inducted as an AARC fellow in 2006. She is also an Allied Health Professional member in the American College of Chest Physicians (ACCP). Jacki has served on the Industry Advisory Council to NAMDRC (physician advocacy for pulmonary care) for many years paving the relationship between the respiratory industry and pulmonary physicians.

Jacki speaks regularly at venues such as; ACCP, AARC, Medtrade, State Respiratory and HME Conferences. She also has published several articles on various respiratory home care subjects. She currently holds A.A., A.S., and B.S. degrees and continues her learning in performance technology certification and certification in structural consulting from Robert Fritz, Inc. Jacki's passion for structural thinking drives her to help others create what they want in their business and personal lives by clearly "seeing reality."
